Your licence will be re-sent to the email address on your account.

Your licence could not be sent at this time. The licence may be disabled, or your session has expired.

Invoices, activation logs, resets and key resends are not available for disabled licences.

Resetting your licence removes any existing activations on your licence, and changes your licence key.

You should only use this if you believe your licence key has been stolen or otherwise compromised.

This can only be done 3 times on any given licence.

Resetting your licence will invalidate any existing activations, and your software will need reactivating.

Your new licence key will be emailed to you upon reset.

McMyAdmin 2 Licences purchased after August 1st 2019 may be traded-in for their equivalent value AMP licence.

This will allow you to use all of the features and modules within AMP as if you'd purchased a standard AMP Pro licence key.

You will not be able to use your licence with McMyAdmin 2 after doing this.
This is a permanent, one-way process that cannot be undone.

This will invalidate any existing McMyAdmin 2 activations and reset your licence key.

Your new licence key will be emailed to you upon completion.

Merging accounts allows you to move all of your licences from this account to a desired target account.

In order to merge two accounts together, your accounts must satisfy the following conditions:

• The names on the accounts (as shown in the top left) must be the same.
• The countries for the accounts (as shown in any invoice) must be the same.
• Both accounts must be the same type (business and personal accounts cannot be merged).
• Both accounts must have been logged in within the last hour from the same location (IP address).
• Neither account may have any disabled licences or have dispute flags.

This operation cannot be undone.
Merging accounts is permanent and irreversible.
